Location lobby and halls were very clean. The rooms also were very clean. Everything appeared to be new or well maintained. Nothing was in a state of disrepair. A/C system was quiet and the temperature was controlable by a wall mounted thermostat. Breakfast was very good and CLEAN. The young lady at the front desk in the P.M was outstanding. Parking lot and inside area's were well lit. You pay a bit more here but you get your monies worth. I will stop here again on future trips to NY.

Hospitality from the staff was outstanding. They were polite, kind and the extra towels I requested were already in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Large selection of food and drinks. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

staff member checking us in was exceptionally accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed. She made sure my friend's dietary needs were met. I just wish i could remember her name. it was a great one-night stay. thank you.
